WA’s largest Bunnings (second largest in Australia) has now opened at ‘The Saleyard’ in Midland.
The soft opening was complemented by earlier openings of 7 Eleven and several other large format retailers across two other buildings. The public’s response to the opening of Bunnings at The Saleyard has been overwhelming.
Stage 1 has been fully leased and Aigle Royal is now taking expressions of interest for Stages 2 and 3.
Stages 2 and 3 includes the following sites;
Site 3 – corner of Lloyd Street and Clayton Street, approved for a total of 8,750sqm of large format retail/food and beverage, or office over multiple levels.
Site 6 – site approved for a total of 5,220sqm of large format retail.
Site 7 – adjacent to Bunnings, approved for a total of 8,550sqm of large format retail.
Site 8 – centrally located opposite Bunnings and approved for a total of 210sqm of food and beverage tenancies.
