Plans for the $15m Stage 2 of Samara Casuarina will be submitted to the Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel later this month.
The application is for 25,000m² of large format retail, 2 cafes and approximately 670 car parking bays across the 5.7ha site.
Samara Casuarina will ultimately become a key shopping and lifestyle destination in Perth’s south and will help transform and grow the Kwinana area.
